We are often — I’d dare to say always — scared to admit that we failed at something, no matter how big or small. Let alone talking freely about it. What most tend to do is get past their failure and forget about it, only to be failing again at their next attempt.
Instead, what I learned in my entrepreneurial journey, is that we shouldn’t make a mystery about it, we should instead talk about it openly. To friends, family, mentors, strangers. Why? Because failing is bad but only if you don’t do a post-mortem and by talking about your failures, you’ll learn why you failed and this will lead to some pretty valuable and unforgettable lessons.
So I want to talk about my own failures and what I learnt from them.
